Ultimate Subscription Package: $129 per property, per year
(1 Bedroom / Studio Layout Properties for $99)
Designed to meet current legislative requirements including smoke alarm maintenance inspections at each lease renewal and change for QLD rental properties with interconnected bedroom alarms.
Includes:
- Annual inspection, test and clean of all smoke alarms installed in the property.
- Attendance at lease renewal and change to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
- Alarms are installed for $124 per alarm where required.
- Compliance report following each inspection (emailed to you and downloadable via portal).
- Ongoing access to our 24/7 Emergency Service for sounding smoke alarms*.
- Complimentary re-attendance for beeping or faulty smoke alarms requiring attention.

For any rental properties that have not yet been upgraded to the 2022 QLD legislative requirements for interconnected alarms in each bedroom, we can complete the once-off installation work.
