If an alarm is sounding in a property you have enrolled in one of our subscription service, your tenants can call our 24/7 Emergency Service at any time – rather than calling you. We’ll then troubleshoot the issue.

How it works

Tenants can call our free 24/7 Emergency Service helpline and our dedicated team of customer service professionals will aim to troubleshoot the issue over the phone.

If we have attended the property before, our team can check our database to confirm the alarm type installed at the property with just the touch of a button. This information can prove tricky for a tenant to determine, as alarms may be on high ceilings or brands may not be displayed on the exterior of the alarm. How you troubleshoot a sounding alarm will differ depending on brand and type, so having easy access to this information means more efficient and swift assistance.

If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, for those properties that meet the below eligibility criteria, we will arrange for our technician to attend the property the following business day to ensure it remains properly protected.

Eligibility Criteria:

In order to access our 24/7 Emergency Service helpline, your property must have a current subscription for the Gold, Platinum, Ultimate or Home Safe Solutions Package*

*Home Safe Solutions customers – please note that our 24/7 Emergency Service covers the smoke alarm component of your Package only. It does not cover emergencies related to Gas or Electrical appliances.
