If your rental property has not yet been upgraded to meet the 2022 QLD legislative requirement for interconnected alarms in each bedroom, we can complete the once-off installation work.
You can then subscribe to our ongoing subscription packages to ensure legally required lease renewal/changeover inspections occur.
How many alarms do I need installed and how much will it cost?
