Sellers Compliance Pricing & Inclusions
Sellers Compliance Service: $99 per alarm installed.
If you are selling a home in Queensland, it is a legal requirement to have photoelectric, interconnected smoke alarms in all bedrooms, hallways or between areas containing bedrooms and all storeys of the property.
Our Sellers Compliance Service allows you to meet this legal requirement and includes:
- Installation of Emerald Alarms meeting AS3786:2014 in correct locations as per legislation at $99 per alarm – fully installed.
- Seven year product warranty on Emerald Alarms installed by Smoke Alarm Solutions.
- Compliance report following your property upgrade.
- An express 2 business day turnaround service is available for urgent upgrades for an additional $199, in eligible locations.
- All work is conducted by our qualified field team to ensure compliance with state and federal legislation.
How many alarms do I need installed and how much will it cost?
Pricing is based on number of alarms required to be installed – which is determined by number of bedrooms and stories in the property as well as the location of bedroom exit points. You can find out how many alarms you need and the cost by using our online quote and booking tool.
