Sellers Compliance Installation Service: $124 per alarm.

If your client’s property does not currently have compliant interconnected alarms in every bedroom, our Sellers Compliance service is the perfect solution.

Includes:

  • Installation Emerald Alarms meeting AS3786:2014 in correct locations as per legislation at $124 per alarm – fully installed.
  • Seven year product warranty on Emerald Alarms installed by Smoke Alarm Solutions.
  • Compliance report following the upgrade of smoke alarms.
  • All work is conducted by our qualified field team to ensure compliance with state and federal legislation.

How many alarms need to be installed and how much will it cost?
Our pricing is based on the number of alarms required to be installed. The number of alarms is determined by the number of bedrooms and storeys in the property as well as the location of bedroom exit points. You can find out how many alarms your clients need and the cost by using our online quotation tool or by speaking to our sales team.

Already have interconnected alarms installed and just need a compliance certificate?

Book our Pre-Sale Inspection Service for only $100. If we find that your client’s property is compliant at that visit, we will issue them a certificate. If rectification work is required to make the property compliant, we will provide a quote for any additional fees.

Pre-Sale Inspection: $100 per inspection 

Service inclusions

  • Service, clean and test all smoke alarms installed in the property.
  • Compliance report following inspection. 

If a Queensland property being sold requires installation or replacement of interconnected bedroom alarms to comply, this needs to be processed under our Sellers Compliance Service and will be an additional cost of $124 per Emerald alarm.
