Select this if you are yet to upgrade your rental property to have interconnected alarms in every bedroom as was legally required in QLD from January 2022.
Annual Smoke Alarm Inspection & Maintenance
Ultimate Subscription: $129 per property, per year
Select this if you require our annual subscription service that provides inspections and maintenance for your rental property - as is legally required at every lease renewal/change.
Once-Off Inspection (Rental Property)
$100 per inspection
Select this if you require a once-off inspection of smoke alarms for your rental property.
Please Note: This service covers an inspection only and NOT installation of any alarms. If you are needing to upgrade your property to make it compliant with QLD rental or sales property legislation, select our Upgrade to 2022 Rental Legislation or Sellers Compliance Service options, respectively.
Sales Properties - QLD Sellers Compliance Service
Installation of interconnected alarms: $99 per alarm installed
Select this if your client is selling their property and does NOT currently have interconnected alarms installed in every bedroom - as has been legally required when selling a property in QLD since 2022.
Sales Properties - Pre-Sale Inspection
$100 per inspection
Select this if your client is selling their property and they already have interconnected alarms installed in every bedroom but would like to book an inspection to confirm the property is compliant prior to sale.
