Large volumes of rain result in a higher instance of faulting smoke alarms. Power shortages and high humidity can also impact alarms. If your alarms are affected and if no danger is present, please visit our website for information on how to silence smoke alarms.

If you continue to experience issues after you carry out basic troubleshooting, please contact us on 1300 852 301. If alarms are sounding outside of business hours, you can contact our 24/7 Emergency Service on 1300 853 612.
