You may prefer we post an entry notice directly to your tenants’ property or you may prefer we email them with details of our imminent attendance. Alternatively, you may wish for us to call your tenant to book an upcoming inspection. Whichever option you prefer, our system can oblige.

Communication with your office

When it comes to office structure, we understand there isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. Some offices may be task-orientated or portfolio-based, or a mixture of the two. This is why we have the ability to email pieces of communication to different email addresses within an office. Key Lists and Invoices may need to go to a certain email address whilst Compliance Reports must be sent elsewhere – we can accommodate all of these requests. We can also integrate with your office’s PropertyMe software to avoid double-handling if this is of benefit to you and your team.

Additional Service Preferences

Our system also allows our clients the ability to include additional services on top of our annual subscription as a default. These services include water meter reading, blind cord compliance and safety switch testing, and would occur whilst our technician is attending the property to carry-out smoke alarm compliance work.
