Selling Your Property - QLD Sellers Compliance Service
Installation of interconnected alarms: $99 per alarm installed plus $189 installation fee
Select this if you are selling your property and do NOT currently have interconnected alarms installed in every bedroom - as has been legally required when selling a property in QLD since 2022.
